Borbet sponsors more wintersport in Winterberg
Since several years Borbet has been a main sponsor of the Winterberg toboggan run. In the oncoming season 2009/2010 Borbet intends to continue and extend its sponsoring activities for toboggan athletes and also to support the toboggan- skeleton and sled newcomers of the next generation.
Hesborn, 16.11.2009- For many years the “Sauerland” Alloy wheel manufacturer BORBET has been sponsoring the Winterberg toboggan run which lies very close to the Borbet main headquarters in Hesborn. The toboggan run, rich in tradition, offers a multitude of teams and single athletes the best training conditions and has been the scene of many races such as the “Bobsled and Skeleton World Cup” and the “Viessmann Luge World Cup”.
The long year engagement of the traditional “Sauerland” family business is due to the
firm roots of the company. Being one of the largest companies in the region, Borbet takes his employees seriously and helps where he can. This involves regional engagement which is taken for granted by the family business.
