TRAINING STARTS IN 2025: BORBET SACHSEN WELCOMES FIVE NEW TEAM MEMBERS.
Promoting young talent remains an integral part of the light alloy wheel manufacturer from Kodersdorf. On 4 August, five trainees (m/f/d) started their professional careers: one IT specialist for system integration, two electronics technicians for industrial engineering, one industrial mechanic and one mechatronics engineer.Katrin Witzmann (HR officer) and the training managers welcomed the new intake to the administration department. A comprehensive onboarding programme ensured a smooth start. In the in-house training workshop, the young professionals got to know their trainers, contact persons and fellow trainees. During a tour of the factory, they gained their first insights into the production processes and the creation of a BORBET light alloy wheel. The joint practical project, the construction of a bench, rounded off the induction days.
‘With sound training, we are laying the foundation for the skilled workers of tomorrow. We are delighted to accompany young people on this path and open up career prospects for them within the company,’ said Katrin Witzmann.
BORBET Sachsen will once again be offering apprenticeships in various professional fields in 2026. BORBET AUSTRIA WELCOMES FOUR NEW APPRENTICES.
Four new apprentices started their apprenticeships at BORBET Austria in Ranshofen on 1 September 2025. During the Welcome Days, they gained their first insights into the company, got to know their trainers and strengthened their team spirit during a joint e-bike tour.

Two young professionals are starting their training at BORBET Thüringen. The kick-off event at the headquarters in Hesborn, with Olympic champion Laura Nolte as a guest, provided orientation, team spirit and motivation for this new phase in their lives.

At the start of the new training year, BORBET welcomes eight motivated young professionals to its locations in Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach. The trainees were warmly welcomed and prepared for this new phase in their lives with a varied introductory program that included an exchange with Olympic champion Laura Nolte.
