Training at BORBET in HSK:

At this time of year, many apprentices (m/f/d) are once again coming to the end of their apprenticeship and for many the question arises "What happens next?".
Our six apprentices, including three industrial clerks, one technical product designer and two machine and plant operators, do not have to worry about this.

Despite the current situation, we are pleased to be able to offer each of our young professionals a job. They will work in a wide variety of company departments
and take on a wide variety of functions.

Marco Nocera's individual career path deserves special mention. Mr. Nocera, who has already been with our company for 23 years, completed an apprenticeship
as a machine and plant operator in parallel to his full-time position in the paint shop. "We were happy to support this not everyday path and are looking forward to
enabling our employees in the future as well - in addition to the regular training - to complete a training or further education parallel to their job," says Carolin Mittermaier,
Human Resources Manager and responsible for training at BORBET.
