The winner of the BORBET PROMOTION STAR 2009-Competition has been chosen
It was certainly an exciting final, which took place in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben between a WTCC race and a MINI CHALLENGE race. The jury, a team of absolute tuning specialists, had difficulties in choosing a winner under the 8 remaining finalists. After long and serious discussions they came to the decision that a VW Golf III Cabriolet belonging to Linda Totzauer from Battenberg (Hessen), should be awarded with the title "BORBET PROMOTION STAR 2009".
Hesborn, 08.09.2009 - After weeks of waiting the 10 finalists could at last present their tuned cars during the MINI CHALLENGE and WTCC race in Oschersleben. The grand final took place by bad weather conditions in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben last Saturday. The selected 8 vehicles were carefully examined through a jury of 4 tuning specialists who certainly had a hard job choosing the winner under the 8 perfectly tuned cars.
After several hot discussions, the jury came to a final decision and named the winner. As all the finalists had taken extraordinary tuning measures, BORBET awarded prices for all. For the places 8-4, a set of BORBET light alloy wheel, the places 3-1 a"promotion" cup and money prices as well as a set of BORBET light alloy wheels. The lucky winner also became a voucher for 2 taxi bobsleigh rides and 2 VIP tickets for "Bob" events at the Winterberg Bobsleigh Run. All the finalists automatically became members of the BORBET PROMOTION STAR CLUB.
The winner Linda Totzauer from Battenberg who proudly presented her tuned Golf III Cabriolet to the jury, was overjoyed with the results, her VW Cabriolet can be viewed at BORBET stands during several events in the oncoming months and will be professionally photographed for BORBET advertising campaigns.
The bad weather conditions did not influence the entusiasm, after the event all participants agreed that it was a great weekend and all could be proud of their success.
