BORBET W and BMW X3/X4
Whether as a true classic among compact SUVs or as an elegant coupé version - the BMW X3/X4 Series is considered by many to be the measure of all things. The BORBET W in a stately 20 inches is now recommended as an equally first-class coalition partner.The 10-spoke wheel in the "Classic" category is now available in 8.0x20 inch with offset 27 - in "mistral anthracite glossy" and "black polished glossy".
The design of the BORBET W wheel is convincing with its strikingly balanced design language and is a role model in terms of weight saving. But the option of using the wheel in winter and with original hub caps has also convinced BMW drivers.
BORBET IMPLEMENTS SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS
In Medebach (North Rhine-Westphalia), we replaced the conventional HQI lighting in other areas with LED lamps last year. The replacement represents a small building block in BORBET's sustainability strategy.
BORBET USES WASTE HEAT
All BORBET sites have launched initiatives to reduce energy consumption. The use of waste heat at our melting furnaces was particularly successful. Burner air preheating was successfully introduced at the sites, where hot exhaust gas is passed through a heat exchanger to return energy to the burners.
BORBET E-SMARTS.
BORBET has a wide range of wheels for vehicles with alternative drive systems. It is therefore only logical that the focus is now also increasingly being placed on sustainability in the company's own fleet.
