BORBET GTX IN A NEW SIZE.
Agility and maneuverability are the be-all and end-all for sporty, ambitious drivers. The 10-spoke BORBET GTX wheel in the "Sports" category now shows in the new 8.0x19 inch size what reduced unsprung weight and uncompromising reliability mean.
The BORBET GTX is recommended as an ideal sparring partner for many vehicles such as the Audi A4, the VW Golf and Passat models, the Skoda Octavia and Kodiaq or the Hyundai i30N.
Since, in addition to the right feeling, the look also plays a decisive role, the BORBET GTX wheel is available in two color variants: "titanium glossy" and "black matt rim silver". Both versions are ideally suited for winter use - the "black matt rim silver" is also finished in BORBET's own pad printing center. For an all-round sporty appearance "Made in Germany".
BORBET IMPLEMENTS SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS
In Medebach (North Rhine-Westphalia), we replaced the conventional HQI lighting in other areas with LED lamps last year. The replacement represents a small building block in BORBET's sustainability strategy.
BORBET USES WASTE HEAT
All BORBET sites have launched initiatives to reduce energy consumption. The use of waste heat at our melting furnaces was particularly successful. Burner air preheating was successfully introduced at the sites, where hot exhaust gas is passed through a heat exchanger to return energy to the burners.
BORBET E-SMARTS.
BORBET has a wide range of wheels for vehicles with alternative drive systems. It is therefore only logical that the focus is now also increasingly being placed on sustainability in the company's own fleet.
