STRIKING COMBI: BORBET W AND KIA NIRO EV.
Its bold and confident design makes the new KIA NIRO EV (SG2) the visual highlight crossover. With the BORBET W, however, there is still room for improvement on the popularity scale.
The 10-spoke wheel of the "Classic" category is now available with ABE approval in 8.0x18 inch as well as in 7.0x17 for the standard 215/55/17 tyres. The colour variants "black polished glossy", "mistral anthracite glossy" and "crystal silver" are available.
With its strikingly balanced design language, the BORBET W makes the NIRO EV a real eye-catcher on the road.
But that's not all: the W wheel design has been released in 17 and 18 inch versions for the popular KIA E-NIRO electric SUV.

BORBET IMPLEMENTS SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS
In Medebach (North Rhine-Westphalia), we replaced the conventional HQI lighting in other areas with LED lamps last year. The replacement represents a small building block in BORBET's sustainability strategy.
BORBET USES WASTE HEAT
All BORBET sites have launched initiatives to reduce energy consumption. The use of waste heat at our melting furnaces was particularly successful. Burner air preheating was successfully introduced at the sites, where hot exhaust gas is passed through a heat exchanger to return energy to the burners.
BORBET E-SMARTS.
BORBET has a wide range of wheels for vehicles with alternative drive systems. It is therefore only logical that the focus is now also increasingly being placed on sustainability in the company's own fleet.
