ALL TRAINEES AT BORBET IN THE HSK ARE TAKEN ON.

As a family business, BORBET has always focussed on sound vocational training and is once again taking on all trainees (m/f/d) at the Hochsauerland site this year. The high retention rate emphasises BORBET's long-term commitment to training young talents and promoting the next generation of skilled workers.

This year, J. Alles, L. Dornseif, F. Koppel (cutting machine operator), T. Schwarz (toolmaker), E. Wahle (technical product designer), J. Kliem and J. Mause (industrial mechanics), J. Kordes and F. Bliesener (electronic technicians) are starting out as young talents in the specialist departments.

"We are proud to take on all trainees at the HSK site and thus make a contribution to securing skilled labour in our region," says Carolin Mittermaier, Head of Human Resources at BORBET. "As a family business, we are aware of our responsibility to provide young people with first-class training and open up promising future prospects for them."
