BORBET TEAM GROW BY 12 NEW JUNIOR SPECIALISTS

BORBET in Hochsauerland is also investing in the future in 2024 and welcomes 12 young specialists (m/f/d) to the BORBET team in Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach.

Training is provided in the following professions: Electronics technician for industrial engineering, IT specialist for system integration, industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, technical product designer and cutting machine operator.

Carolin Mittermaier (HR Manager) and Alexander Ulrich (Production Manager Hesborn) joined the trainers in welcoming the six industrial and four commercial trainees as well as two annual interns to the in-house training workshop in Hesborn. "Our new trainees are the skilled workers of tomorrow. We are delighted to welcome committed and motivated young talents to the BORBET team once again this year and to accompany them on their way," says Carolin Mittermaier.

The BORBET induction days provided the perfect start: the trainees got to know each other across different professions and gained a first impression of how a light alloy wheel is made. A workshop on "Trainee etiquette" and a joint hike rounded off the programme.

BORBET AUSTRIA WELCOMES FOUR NEW APPRENTICES.

Four new apprentices started their apprenticeships at BORBET Austria in Ranshofen on 1 September 2025. During the Welcome Days, they gained their first insights into the company, got to know their trainers and strengthened their team spirit during a joint e-bike tour.

TRAINING STARTS IN 2025: BORBET SACHSEN WELCOMES FIVE NEW TEAM MEMBERS.

Five new trainees began their professional careers at BORBET Sachsen on August 4th. The new cohort is starting in various technical and industrial professions and received a structured onboarding programme with practical insights into the company to kick things off.

Two young professionals are starting their training at BORBET Thüringen. The kick-off event at the headquarters in Hesborn, with Olympic champion Laura Nolte as a guest, provided orientation, team spirit and motivation for this new phase in their lives.
