8.00 AM

My working day starts punctually at 8am. The first thing on the agenda is Instagram.
There I repost articles, answer messages and comment on pictures showing our products.

9.00 AM

Texts and images are needed for a new brochure. Together with my colleagues I work out the texts and search for pictures in the archive. If I haven't found any suitable images, I coordinate with our photographer so that the desired motives are shot.

11.00 AM

I check our Instagram account again. This time I pay special attention to our sponsoring partners. I check to see if they are fulfilling their contractual obligations and exchange views on the latest trends with them.

11.30 AM

An order has come in for fan shop items. With the help of the inventory list, I gather the items, I fill them out, write a delivery note and send the package to the address given.

12.00 PM

Time for clipping. In clipping, I look for our advertisements and editorial articles in trade journals, scan them and save them.

1.30 PM

During the lunch break, I relax and chat with the other trainees outside enjoying the fresh air.

1.00 PM

A sponsorship request comes in by email. I check the request according to our parameters and I then check whether a cooperation is worthwhile and make a recommendation to the head of department.

2.00 PM

Now it's time for the editorial plan for Instagram. In cooperation with our technical department, I prepare a daily post for the entire week.

3.00 PM

I'm posting today's post and watching the response. I also noticed some cool pictures of our products while researching. I'll ask the owners if we can also publish the content on our account.

3.45 PM

The current post is very well received. In consultation with the marketing management, we want to promote this post. To do this, I determine a target group and set the budget and duration. In the coming days, I track the success of the post and document it.

4.30 PM

Closing time! An eventful day comes to an end.
