SKILLED WORKERS GET STARTED – SUCCESSFUL TRAINING AT BORBET
An important step into the future: Once again this year, several trainees (m/f/d) have successfully completed their apprenticeships at BORBET, one of the leading manufacturers of light alloy wheels, and are now strengthening the BORBET team at the Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach locations. We would like to congratulate: M. Gustin (IT specialist for system integration), L. Seliger-Lange and M. Reis (electronics technicians for industrial engineering), L. Wahle (industrial clerk) and M. Bichowski (cutting machine operator).
In addition, K. Kalverkamp and S. Thomas obtained their vocational qualifications as machine and plant operators as part of a partial qualification programme. This underlines BORBET's commitment not only to traditional vocational training, but also to the promotion of further qualifications.
‘Sound training and targeted further education are the basis for a strong future – for our employees and for BORBET. It is very important to us to support young people and offer them long-term prospects,’ explains Carolin Mittermaier, Head of Human Resources at BORBET.
