BORBET THURINGIA CONTINUES TO GROW.

BORBET remains true to its training strategy and provides needs-based training at its Bad Langensalza site. A total of nine young professionals (m/f/d) are starting their careers at BORBET Thüringen GmbH.

The training program covers the professions of industrial clerk, IT specialist, electronics technician, machining technician, and industrial mechanic.

Managing Director Dr. Honsel and the department heads welcomed the trainees in Bad Langensalza. “We are proud of our support for young talent and the social contribution that a sound education at BORBET offers. We are delighted to welcome motivated new employees to the BORBET family,” said Dr. Honsel.

The BORBET induction days gave the new trainees an ideal start: they gained an initial impression of how an alloy wheel is made. They got to know each other across different professions and, in addition to a workshop on “trainee etiquette,” were able to devote themselves to a very special project—designing their own alloy wheel.
