BORBET GMBH EXPANDS ITS PRODUCT PORTFOLIO WITH THE ACQUISITION OF DYMAG TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
BORBET GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of light alloy wheels, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its new subsidiary, Dymag Technologies Limited. This strategic acquisition includes the takeover of the Dymag brand, all patents, production facilities, and the immediate integration of all employees.
Dymag is a renowned manufacturer of carbon and magnesium car and motorcycle rims based in Chippenham, England. Among other things, Dymag produces and supplies BX-F wheels to aftermarket customers in the US and Asia, as well as to Tier 1 wheel manufacturers worldwide. In addition, the company will continue to develop and market its successful motorcycle rims.

Dymag Technologies Limited operates as an independent subsidiary of BORBET GmbH at its location in Chippenham, UK. The company will work closely with BORBET to expand the development, production, and distribution of carbon hybrid wheels for both original equipment and the aftermarket. These innovative products will be incorporated into the BORBET portfolio and made available to OEM and aftermarket customers.
