Four new apprentices started their apprenticeships at BORBET Austria in Ranshofen on 1 September 2025. During the Welcome Days, they gained their first insights into the company, got to know their trainers and strengthened their team spirit during a joint e-bike tour.
On 1 September, four new apprentices (m/f/d) started work at the BORBET site in Ranshofen. They are beginning their apprenticeships in mechatronics, process engineering and mechanical engineering. Once again, BORBET Austria is sending a clear signal for the promotion of qualified skilled workers in the region.
The new team members were given a warm welcome during the Welcome Days. The programme included getting to know the trainers and contact persons, exciting insights into the production of BORBET quality wheels and various team-building activities. A special highlight was the joint e-bike tour through the region.
‘We want to show our apprentices right from the start that they are learning more than just a profession at BORBET Austria. Here, they have the opportunity to develop personally, unleash their talents and become part of a strong team,’ emphasises Ursula Mauch, training manager.
BORBET Austria will continue to focus on training qualified specialists in 2026 and offers apprenticeships in several technical professions. Information on apprenticeships and how to apply is available at www.borbet.de/lehre. Interested parties can also take a look behind the scenes of the company during a taster day.
