All trainees at Borbet in HSK are being taken on.
As a family-owned company, BORBET has always been committed to providing sound vocational training and will once again be taking on all trainees at its Hochsauerland site this year. The high retention rate underscores BORBET's long-term commitment to training young talent and promoting the next generation of skilled workers.
This year, J. Alles, L. Dornseif, F. Koppel (cutting machine operators), T. Schwarz (tool mechanic), E. Wahle (technical product designer), J. Kliem, and J. Mause (industrial mechanics), J. Kordes, and F. Bliesener (electronics technicians) are starting out as young talents in the specialist departments.
“We are proud to take on all trainees at the HSK site and thus contribute to securing skilled workers in our region,” says Carolin Mittermaier, Head of Human Resources at BORBET. “As a family-owned company, we are aware of our responsibility to provide young people with first-class training and open up promising future prospects for them.”
BORBET still has places available for the 2024 training year. Interested students can find out more online and apply directly, or gain an insight into training at BORBET by completing an internship. Further information is available at: www.borbet.de/ausbildung
