FROM CAREER CHANGER TO EXECUTIVE

This is how one could describe Rene Klar's career path. The trained tiler started as a production worker in 2016. After a stint as a forklift driver, he moved into logistics. Today, he is the head of the “Internal Logistics” department at BORBET Sachsen GmbH!

 

He sees working in a job he did not train for as an opportunity above all else: “It was interesting to constantly develop myself further, and often a challenge. But I'm not alone in this career path at BORBET.”

“Over the years, I have completed various advanced training courses and seminars, for example in the areas of quality management and leadership skills,” says Rene about the support he has received from BORBET along the way.
