What exactly does a marketing communications specialist (m/f/d) do?
Are you confident using social media and don't immediately switch channels when the adverts come on TV? Is creativity your middle name? Then you have what it takes to train as a marketing communications specialist. You will be responsible for promoting awareness and the image of the BORBET brand.

... your training is very varied and constantly challenges you? In addition to commercial and creative activities, your responsibilities include managing and maintaining the official Instagram and Facebook accounts and reviewing sponsorship requests.
YOUR WORK DAY
08:00 a.m.
My working day begins promptly at 8 a.m. The first thing on the agenda is Instagram. There, I repost posts, reply to messages and comment on pictures featuring our products.
09:00 a.m.
Texts and images are needed for a new brochure. Together with my colleagues, I write the texts and then search for images in the archive. If I cannot find any suitable images, I consult with our photographer so that the desired motifs can be photographed.
11:00 a.m.
I check our Instagram account again. This time, I pay special attention to our sponsorship partners. I check whether they are fulfilling their contractual obligations and discuss the latest trends with them.
11:30 a.m.
An order for fan shop items has been received. Using the inventory list, I gather the items, ring them up, write a delivery note and send the parcel to the specified address.
12:00 a.m.
Time for clipping. For clipping, I search for our advertisements and editorial articles in trade journals, scan them and save them.
12:30 p.m.
During my lunch break, I relax and chat with the other trainees in the fresh air.
01:00 p.m.
A sponsorship request arrives by email. I review the request based on various parameters and then decide whether a partnership is worthwhile and make a recommendation to the department management.
02:00 p.m.
Now it's time to work on the editorial plan for Instagram. In collaboration with our technical team, I prepare one daily post for each day of the week.
03:00 p.m.
I'll post today's entry and see how it goes. While doing my research, I also came across some cool pictures of our products. I'll ask the owners if we can publish the content on our account as well.
03:45 p.m.
The current post is very well received. In consultation with our marketing management, we want to promote this post. To do this, I determine a target group and set the budget and duration. In the coming days, I will then track the success of the post and document it.
04:30 p.m.
