BORBET Sachsen GmbH is continuing to invest in the future in 2024 and welcomes four young professionals (m/f/d) to the BORBET team in Kodersdorf. On August 1, an industrial clerk, an industrial mechanic, and two mechatronics engineers began their training.
Katrin Witzmann (HR Officer) and the training manager welcomed the technical, industrial, and commercial trainees to the administration department in Kodersdorf, followed by a tour of the in-house training workshop. “Training young talent is very important to us. We are delighted to welcome committed and motivated young talent to the BORBET team again this year and to support them in their professional development,” said Katrin Witzmann.
To ensure an optimal start, the new recruits were given a comprehensive onboarding program: in the training workshop, they got to know their trainers, contact persons, and fellow trainees. During a tour of the factory, they also gained initial insights into how a BORBET light alloy wheel is made.
BORBET in Kodersdorf is once again offering attractive apprenticeships for 2025. Interested students can find out more and apply directly at www.borbet.de/en/ausbildung or gain an insight into training at one of the world's leading manufacturers of light alloy wheels through internships.
