BORBET Thuringia invests in the future: 11 new young professionals are starting out in six different apprenticeship programs in Bad Langensalza.
In 2024, BORBET Thüringen will continue to invest in the future and focus on promoting young talent. The company will welcome 11 young professionals to Bad Langensalza when training begins on August 1. Training will be provided in the following professions: electronics technician for industrial engineering, IT specialist for application development, IT specialist for system support, industrial clerk, machine and plant operator, and mechatronics engineer.
Human Resources Manager Karsten Meye, together with the trainers and department heads, welcomed the new trainees to Bad Langensalza. “Training young talent is very important to us. We are delighted to welcome so many committed and motivated young talents to the BORBET team again this year and to support them in their professional development,” said Karsten Meye.
To ensure an optimal start, the new recruits were offered a varied onboarding program. This gave the trainees the opportunity to get to know each other across different professions and gain an initial insight into the production process for light alloy wheels.
