The trainees were given a warm welcome and prepared for this new chapter in their lives with a varied induction programme that included a chat with Olympic champion Laura Nolte.

Five new trainees began their professional careers at BORBET Saxony on 4 August. The new cohort is starting in various technical and industrial professions and received a structured onboarding programme with practical insights into the company to kick things off.

Four new apprentices started their apprenticeships at BORBET Austria in Ranshofen on 1 September 2025. During the Welcome Days, they gained their first insights into the company, got to know their trainers and strengthened their team spirit during a joint e-bike tour.
