BORBET continues to focus on promoting young talent in 2024: In Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach, 12 young talents are starting their training in various technical and commercial professions.
In 2024, BORBET will continue to invest in the future in the Hochsauerland region and welcome 12 young professionals (m/f/d) to the BORBET team in Hallenberg-Hesborn and Medebach.
Training is provided in the following professions: electronics technician for industrial engineering, IT specialist for system integration, industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, technical product designer, and cutting machine operator.
Carolin Mittermaier (Head of Human Resources) and Alexander Ulrich (Production Manager in Hesborn) welcomed the six industrial and four commercial trainees, as well as two interns, to the company's own training workshop in Hesborn, together with the trainers. “Our new trainees are the skilled workers of tomorrow. We are delighted to welcome committed and motivated young talents to the BORBET team again this year and to accompany them on their journey,” said Carolin Mittermaier.
The BORBET induction days provided the perfect start: the trainees got to know each other across different professions and gained an initial insight into how light alloy wheels are manufactured. A workshop on the topic of “trainee etiquette” and a group hike rounded off the program.
BORBET is once again offering attractive apprenticeships for 2025. Interested students can find out more and apply directly at www.borbet.de/en/ausbildung or gain an insight into training at a hidden champion through internships.
